Lie on your side with your head down
Steps
1. Take 4 breaths in through your nose and out
through your mouth.
2. Take 4 deep breaths
3.Take 4 normal breaths
4. Take 4 deep breaths
5. Huff. Force air out of lungs.
6. Cough up phlegm
Repeat steps 1 - 6 4 - 5 times in the morning and again at night.
